Payless ShoeSource

Each February Payless ShoeSource brings together directors and managers from across the country and worldwide for their annual Customer Celebration Meeting - a week of motivation, review and recharge. Joined by 1,000+ corporate associates, the Payless team attended General Sessions, Q&A with the CEO, Product Room Meetings with skits and fashion shows, multiple Breakouts, dinners with awards, entertainment and gifts, and a special Super Bowl Party. Payless and Vista teamed up to design and produce a seamless week of work, fun and spectacles. Starting with a custom designed and fabricated set & stage imprinted with the Payless logo, and including lazer shows, gobos on buildings and Shaq's Dunk Truck, Vista provided the mechanisms for Payless to successfully unveil their new marketing campaign

With pre-production and design meetings starting only 3 months in advance and requirements changing up to the event, Vista worked closely and was in near-constant communication with multiple Payless departments including Communications, Meetings and Events, and several Marketing departments, to custom design each room and schedule for the entire event - while staying within budget. Vista provided and managed all production equipment and personnel, including meeting planning (food and beverage, room block management, local transportation, on-site staffing and guest facilitation), production crew, local hands and labor, and logistics, buffering Payless from the complications of the week and allowing them to
